M.S.W. - School Counselor
As a school counselor, mx. teddy provides individual therapeutic support with students one-to-one, facilitates group sessions, and contributes to school-wide efforts promoting positive social-emotional development in collaboration with the Student Life Suite.

teddy employs a therapeutic framework founded on the power of authentic relationship-building, utilizing tools across an array of modalities to creatively serve the unique goals of students. teddy arrives to Geffen Academy with prior experiences including school social work, adolescent wilderness therapy, and outdoor classroom education. teddy received their B.A. in a self-made major in experiential education from Pitzer College and their Master in Social Welfare from UCLA.
